This last weekend I went on an overnight backpacking trip with my Dad's Boy Scout troop. We hiked a short portion of the Grapeyard Ridge trail, in the Greenbrier valley of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It was a rainy first backpacking trip for several of the scouts.
