The popular news has reported new rules for powerball. Is there an
official document that describes these new rules? I have a document
(attached, from myarkansaslottery.com) titled "POWERBALL GROUP RULES"
that describes the old rules. Is there a similar document that reflects
the new powerball rules (i.e., 35 red balls instead of 39, etc...)?
